So this is me:
I plan to get to my goal weight by eating healthy and working out, this means…
- Eating a good breakfast (oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast…)
- Switching lunch and dinner, meaning lunch is the biggest meal of the day
- No fried, processed, sugar filled, simple carbohydrate foods.
- Only drink water, tea, and skim milk.
- Using MyPlate
-Reading nutrition labels
- Eating about 1000 calories a day.
- Run 2 miles outside every morning
- Giving it my all at lax practice this spring
- three times a week going to the gym after for strength
